Golden Pup's Official Shipping & Returns Policies:

 

 A customer who wishes to return a product should first email us or contact us on our official Contact Page stating the order number and reason for return. The customer will then be provided with the correct return address. The customer should refer to the specific returns tab which is located on each product page and differs dependent on supplier. The product must be in good and resalable condition on return in order for Golden Pup™ to refund the full purchase price of the product. The cost of the return postage is the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise on the individual return tab on each product page. The refund will be issued to the customer within 30 days of receipt of the product. Refunds on returns will only be accepted if the customer returns the product in its original packaging and with all labels in tact.

If a product is received by the customer in a damaged condition, the customer must contact Golden Pup™ within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to replace the damaged product within a reasonable time or we will refund the total cost of the product, including any postage costs.

A customer who wishes to exchange a product may be liable to pay a further amount depending on the reason for the exchange and if the new product is at a higher price. We will notify the customer of any change in the price or any further delivery costs. 

Golden PUP™ Company is not responsible for the cost or safe return of any product and will not issue a refund for a product that does not reach the correct delivery address when being returned by a customer. Golden Pup™ suggests that customers return products via Recorded or Special Delivery or other secure method and takes out the correct postal insurance to cover the value of the product.

Domestic Shipping & Handling Policy:

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and Canada. There are no restrictions on the number of products you can purchase per checkout, please not that some regions within the North America continent will take longer to arrive than other locations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We will do our best at Golden PUP to ship all products within 5 business days of the customers payment clearance.

While most items are always in supply, due to demand, there may be times when an item may run out of stock. If this should ever happen, we will email you right away letting you know when that item will be shipping again. 



Defective Merchandise 


Satisfaction is extremely important to Golden PUP™ Company. The items you will receive are of the highest quality, in excellent condition. We guarantee all products against damage during shipment. Freight damages or product defects must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of your order.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any  item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

International Shipping & Handling Policy:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations:


International, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Shipping 

Shipping outside the continental U.S. will require additional Shipping charges. These fees will cover any taxes or duties so that you will not be responsible for any additional fees once your package arrives to your door.

Returns & Refund Policy:

 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply go to www.goldenpupcompany.com and then click on the contact us page within the navigation and fill out a contact form stating the problem. We will do our best to contact you back within 24 hours of the submission. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
